You can avoid mailing individuals twice with our sophisticated matching of customer and prospect data. This includes:

  • Excluding appropriate records based on bespoke rules
  • Cleaning addresses and appending DPIDs
  • Appending phone numbers
  • Matching to the National Change of Address file to append new addresses for high value customers
  • Flagging consumers who are no longer at the address you hold for them so they can be excluded from future campaigns

Mail Opt outs & Do Not Call Register

We are able to exclude campaign lists from the ADMA Do not Mail file and can perform Do Not Call Register Washing on your behalf to ensure your campaigns are privacy compliant.

We can advise you on opt-out procedures and on processes you are performing in house too. In short, you can be confident your campaigns are 100% privacy compliant.
